This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Assemblr (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Assemblr. This privacy policy statement explains the personal data Assemblr processes, how Assemblr processes it, and for what purpose. Assemblr, in this statement, includes solely Assemblr application.
Personal Data We Collect
The data which Assemblr collects from you through sign up process are e-mail address and encrypted password. Your data can be seen under Assemblr application and will not be available nor shared to third parties.
Assemblr have optional fields which also collect other personal information from you where you can fill in right after you create an account, such as your name, username, profile picture, biodata, and project title as well as content you share or upload, such as photos for your profile picture (including any metadata included in your photos and content) and content which you have created within Assemblr. These data can be seen under Assemblr application and will not be available nor shared to third parties for commercial purposes.
Third-party cookies used for analytics and advertising
Assemblr uses third parties that may also use their own cookies, local storage, device IDs, web beacons, and other tracking data to assist us with analytics and advertising. These third parties may also (advertisers and ad-related services) relate your activities across your browsers and mobile services you use for retargeting, advertising, and ad measurement purposes.

What are my opt-out rights?
You have full control over your data. You can remove or change any information which you have submitted, and remove any project anytime—we don’t keep it in our server afterwards. We also allow you to completely remove your account, which automatically deletes every single data and informations mentioned from our database.

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use Assemblr and for a reasonable time thereafter to maintain your account(s), to provide services, to fulfill your requests, for legal compliance and enforcement purposes, as well as for resolving disputes.

Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve Assemblr. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system is perfect nor impenetrable.
Minors under 18 Years Old
We cannot distinguish the age of visitors to our Assemblr application. If you are a parent or guardian of someone under 18 years old who has provided us his/her Personal Information without your knowledge and consent, you may request that we remove such information by contacting us via email info@assemblrworld.com. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 16, then we will promptly take steps to delete such information.
Inappropriate Content
Assemblr reserves every right to take down and ban user accounts found to create or promote inappropriate content into the Assemblr server. Assemblr has a dedicated team to monitor and filter out inappropriate content, which constitutes the following types of content: (a) is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or threatening; (b) advocates or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or foreign law or regulation; or (c) advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services. Assemblr reserves the right to terminate your receipt, transmission, or other distribution of any such material using Assemblr, and, if applicable, to delete any such material from its servers. Assemblr intends to cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials or agencies in the investigation of any violation of these Privacy Policy or of any applicable laws.
Newsletter
By joining Assemblr email newsletter, you agree for us to contact you via email to inform you of our latest updates, products and services. If you do not wish to remain a subscriber, you are able to remove your details from the subscriptions list in Member Profile or you may click “unsubscribe” from any newsletter you received.
Internet permissions
Our apps do typically require internet permissions, for the purpose of providing app contents.
In-app purchases
Our apps may contain in-app purchases (IAP’s).
Children’s Privacy
These services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
