Welcome to ACE Corner—our latest rubric to discuss everything you need to know about what's happening around our Assemblr Certified Educator (ACE) members!
Each month, we'll try to cover our ACE members and give them the spotlight through articles or social media posts. This could be webinars, events, or any achievements made by the members—all over the world.

Our Italian ACE, Federica, participated in Didacta Italy Fair 2023 as a presenter in two of the workshops!
Didacta Italy Fair itself is one of the most important educational fairs in Europe, with thousands of visitors coming to gain new information and knowledge—as well as meet fellow educational enthusiasts.
During the workshop sessions, Federica presented her know-how for two augmented reality (AR) workshops, and introduced Assemblr EDU to be the AR app for immersive learning.
Everyone who participated, according to Federica, was very enthusiastic to learn about Assemblr EDU! That's such a good news to hear, even for us.
"I showed them some AR examples that I prepared for my students, and everyone scanned the marker to experience the project itself. And... Wow! They were fascinated!"
Kurniati Sautami, often called Bu Nia, exhibited about Assemblr EDU in Tanggamus EXPO 2023. Tanggamus is a regency in Lampung, Indonesia—and the expo was held in commemoration of the regency's 26th anniversary.
Initially, she was only present as a committee of the event. However, she suggested to have an Assemblr EDU booth in the Education section, and the idea was warmly welcomed by the government.
Visited by around 100 people, Bu Nia managed to captivate the visitors—mostly teachers, partners, and students—to try the AR experiences with Assemblr EDU. And from what we heard, she was even invited by schools to hold a workshop about Assemblr EDU! Can't wait to hear out her upcoming incredible stories 😉
"Hopefully, everyone could get to know Assemblr even further and use the app for their learning activities to increase students' interest in learning."
This month's AR Lesson of the Month goes to... *drum roll* Lapisan Atmosfer (Atmosphere Structures) made by Noviya, our Indonesian ACE!
Created for 10 graders, the lesson covers all about the atmosphere structures, but of course, with an interactive and immersive look of AR experiences.
Regarding the ideation and the process behind the making, Noviya decided to make the first scene as a summary of the overall lesson, so it can spark the students' interest to find out more. The lesson is also equipped with an audio to let everyone hear the description thoroughly.
"I also made this project with multiple scenes to describe all 5 atmosphere structures. To make the learning experience, I utilize the Interactivity tools as well," Noviya continues.
It took him a week to finish the lesson since it also came with a small hurdle—which is about finding the assets that match the lesson. However, he managed to maximize all the 3D assets available in the Assemblr Studio 3D library. And also, he tried to import a few assets from 3D marketplaces or even made use of 2D images.
"If you want to start making a project, start with an idea first. Then, develop the materials with 2D & 3D assets. Make sure to maximize your lesson without having to insert too many objects in one project. Also, don't forget to use the Interactivity to make them feel engaged!"
